Us and Them is the product of many years together during which little escaped documentation by the camera’s lens. The photographs in the exhibition bring us closer to two artists: we see every little detail of their private lives; their pains and their joys. The idea that the famous fashion photographer participating in the thrilling excesses of the carefree international jet set is undermined by the contrasting vision of a banal, brutal, more universally human existence.
