On the occasion of the exhibition Revolution, Music and Rebels 1966-1970 from the Beatles to Woodstock, currently on display at the Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan, Fondazione Sozzani hosts the curators Clara Tosi Pamphili and Alberto Tonti.
Revolution examines that moment when youth culture drove an optimistic idealism, challenging the established power structures in every area of society. Through music, fashion, design, and the protagonists of that revolution, Revolution demonstrates how the ideas that characterize contemporary society—environmentalism, consumerism, individualism, and mass communication—were born in the 1960s and asks us: where are we going?
