Fondazione Sozzani hosts Martino Marangoni, who presents Rebuilding: my Days in New York 1959-2018, a book published by Postcart.
The son of an Italian father and an American mother, Martino Marangoni set sail for New York in the summer of 1959 to visit his American grandparents. It was his first visit to the US. He was nine years old and brought his camera, a Kodak Brownie, with him, which he used to photograph the imposing skyscrapers of the ‘Big Apple’.
