Fondazione Sozzani in collaboration with Marta Ortega Pérez Foundation’s (MOP) presents the second edition of the Future Stories learning programme, a project to support young creatives.
This time the beneficiaries of the program were three Galician students recently graduated in Plastic Arts and Photography Design, who traveled to Milan to carry out an artistic residency until the end of the year at the headquarters of Fondazione Sozzani. For a period of three months, the young photographers from Galicia will follow an intensive academic program focused on fashion photography, designed especially for them by the Italian institution.
Among other activities, the program includes master classes and workshops held by leading figures in the field (photographers, editors, fashion designers, art critics, curators, photojournalists) and visits to exhibitions and cultural institutions in Milan and Venice and other European fashion capitals such as Paris and Rome. In addition, students will participate in the preparation of the Fondazione Sozzani’s programme and other photography events such as the PhotoVogue Festival, and develop their own art project under the guidance of five tutors.
