Located in a 19th century industrial building, the space was renewed preserving its characteristic architecture and typical aesthetic of the Eiffel period, adding few, functional details to it. Concealed behind the front door of 22 Marx Dormoy, just minutes away from La Chapelle subway station, the space offers full operative services and all the comforts to organize cultural exhibitions, fashion events, show-room and product launch. Devoted since its inception to cutting-edge events in fashion and art, 22 Marx Dormoy is also an ideal setting for video and photo shootings.
The space is structured on three levels: Ground floor: a large glass door separates the private courtyard from the entrance. Designed with a reception area of 115sq. meters, it continues with 440sq. meters of open space and a skylight. Mezzanine: overlooking the ground floor, it has a full operative kitchen, a lounge area with tables, sofas and chairs, and a Bang & Olufsen stereo system. The entrance is designed to ensure quick drop-offs and easy access, even for oversized, bulky freight and vehicles. Basement: the stairs to the basement have direct access to the main space, offering easy logistic support for any type of event.
